THE BOULEVARD is a section of Laney Walker Blvd. where the Immaculate Conception School is located along with the historic Penney Savings Bank building next to the Armstrong Galleria, a commercial plaza.
A planned unit development is underway at the Immaculate Conception site where it is expected 60 rental units will be built.
For the Armstrong Galleria, adding retail businesses has been successful and is continuing.
