About This Project

The Big Idea: Develop this node in historic Bethlehem where staff and students from the medical district, Augusta University and Paine College can live close to their work and school. This mixed-use development will be attractive to anyone who would like to live in this historic area.

Time: Pre-development started in 2016. Development work continues in 2018 to make thie project a reality.

Details: Foundry Place is a 221-unit market rate mixed use developmental project costing an estimated $26 million. Acquisition of the site is complete, Brownfields remediation is finished and rezoning is complete. Project being built in 2018.

This site occupies 7.6 acres.
